Given the size of an event such as the MoYu WCA World Championship 2027, we have worked together with most accommodation providers in Uppsala to reserve more than half of available hotel beds in Uppsala specifically for our competitors and guests. Many have generously also decided to offer discounted rates when booked via their instructions provided below.

With that said, we would like to remind competitors and guests to reserve their accommodation as soon as possible. The total number of rooms is limited, and we expect most hotels in Uppsala to be sold out come the championship weekend.

We will keep adding accommodations, links and discounts below as we continue to work towards reserving capacity for competitors and guests. Likewise, once an option becomes sold out, we’ll remove it from the list shortly thereafter. The list is sorted based on distance from IFU Arena. Note that some limit the use of the reserved rooms / booking code specifically to the three nights during the competition, while others allow extending the reservation before or after the championship weekend.

Note on Arenahotellet (The Arena Hotel)

Arenahotellet is the hotel located across the street from IFU Arena. Most beds here are reserved specifically for organizers and accepted volunteers. Hence, Arenahotellet is already sold out for the championship weekend, and we do not expect more beds ever becoming available for the general public. More information about volunteer accommodation can be found below, with detailed information being provided to accepted volunteers in late December.
